Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. was a visionary global leader. We are blessed to have an opportunity to honor his legacy each year at Gonzaga Prep.This year, you’re invited to join a virtual event on Wednesday, Jan. 13 at 1 p.m. An opening prayer will be led by Father J.K. Adams, followed by a performance of the iconic Civil Rights era song “Precious Lord” by junior Isabella Pacione and Dr. Whitlock. Students from the Work of Men of Color and Diversity Club will read sections of Dr. King’s “I Have a Dream” speech with a closing prayer led by Rev. Happy Watkins.
