TO THE CLASS OF 2024: YOUR SUCCESS IS OUR JOY

On the weekend of June 1-2, 156 Gonzaga Prep seniors crossed the stage and received diplomas in McCarthey Athletic Center, stepping out of their time as high schoolers and into their next chapters. The class joins the more than 17,000 alumni who have graduated since the school's founding in 1887.

This senior class was committed to justice. 67 members of this class attended immersion trips and leadership experiences supporting justice in our world.

This senior class was committed to service by leading the charge in our annual Food Drive that saw over 137,000 pounds of food pass through the school to be delivered directly to 430 families, 400 individuals, and multiple food banks to support food insecurity in Spokane.

This senior class was committed to faith where almost 60% of this class gave back to Gonzaga Prep retreat programs by leading underclassmen retreats. 15 seniors regularly gave back to our liturgical community by leading weekly Masses.

This senior class was committed to co-curriculars where they led a year where 8 of our 18 varsity teams qualified for state tournaments. 94 seniors exemplified being a scholar athlete by having a GPA above 3.5 while competing in a sport and 93% of this class was engaged in at least one co-curricular, including clubs, organizations, and activities.

This senior class was committed to academics where the class collectively occupied 401 seats in our 6 senior AP Classes and our 15 College in the High School classes earning potentially over 1500 college credits this year.

Please join me in celebrating the commitment of this class to all aspects of their high school experience.
