8/23 - Saturday - 9:00 - 11:00am

Physicals: Any student participating in a sport must have a current physical on file. Please check the expiration date of their last physical on file at the school by checking their student account online in PowerSchool.

Please take the Gonzaga Prep Physical Form to your visit and return it to the Main Office or email to [email protected].

Gongaga Prep Sports Physical Night - August

If you need a sports physical, Northwest Sports & Exercise Medicine is offering two physical nights exclusive to Gonzaga Prep students. They are Monday, August 18, 2025 from 5:30-7:30pm (Last name A-M 5:30-6:30 and N-Z 6:30-7:30), and Wednesday, August 20, 2025, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm (Last name A-M 6:00-7:00 and N-Z 7:00-8:00). Wednesday has been cancelled. Cost is $30.

*These are sports physicals only and should not be in place of a well-child check with your regular provider.
