Uploaded Aug 20, 2014 to About PrepSince 1939, Bullpups have been competing on the gridiron, but it was the 1982 FOOTBALL TEAM coached by legend Don Anderson and his incredible staff that brought home the Kingbowl Six Championship in 1982. The 25-7 win over nationally ranked South Kitsap High was the first official state football championship for Gonzaga Prep and the Greater Spokane League's first state title. The success of the 1982 season was built on the shoulders of the many teams that came before and affirmed a Gonzaga Prep legacy of brotherhood and greatness.

Upon returning to Spokane, Darryl has demonstrated unwavering support for Gonzaga Prep, coaching the baseball team, and attending events, Masses, reunions, and games in every sport. He generously gives all he can to the high school he has loved for so many years. As the consummate person for others, Darryl has shown humility and gratitude for all who had a role in shaping him into the person he is today.

A Princeton graduate who also earned master's degrees from MIT and the Royal College of Art, London, he honed his artistic skills in Florence, Italy. Scott's creations have graced exhibitions around the world and garnered attention from prestigious publications such as Wired, GQ, Vogue, Vanity Fair, and The New York Times. His artistic influence extends to collaborations with entertainment and tech giants like Pixar, Disney, Sony, Warner Bros, Meta, Microsoft, and others. In the summer of 2023, his digital artwork, "Intersections," illuminated over 90 billboards in NYC's Times Square. A pioneer in creative AI and human movement studies, Scott embodies the transformative spirit expressed by St. Ignatius of Loyola, "ite inflammate omnia."
Teri's life was characterized by deep friendships, teaching, learning, sharing, and service. After graduating from Gonzaga University, she balanced her math teaching at Gonzaga Prep with MBA studies and later became a computer systems consultant. Guided by Jesuit values, Teri volunteered in Alaska with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, working in a care facility for Y'upik Eskimos with developmental disabilities. She then returned to teaching at Jesuit High School in the Portland area where she led several student trips to help hurricane victims and the less fortunate. Teri also served as a foster parent. Even after losing her vision in 2013, she remained dedicated, participating in programs for the Oregon Commission for the Blind and teaching technology skills to the visually impaired. Her life embodied the Ignatian spirit of selfless service.
